HOW COLOURS AFFECT HOW WE LIVE
Colour goes hand-in-hand with mood. This is what chromatotherapy (colour therapy) teaches us.
From time immemorial, our cultural expressions have associated a colour with a type of emotion: the green of hope, seeing life in pink, laughing yellow, brooding, seeing red, being green, etc.

Palette of colours and emotions
Our emotional palette resonates with every colour.
I’ve always been very sensitive to how colour affects me. It feeds my emotional body
Every morning, before I even open my eyes, I ask myself: What colour do I need or want to wear today?
This will allow me to listen to myself and to feel which colours will make me feel completely in tune with my state of being for this new day.
We all have clothes and colours that we especially enjoy wearing, not just because they make us look good, but because they make us feel better.
Red brings vitality, orange joy and spontaneity, yellow clarity, green harmony and balance, blue peace and tranquillity…..
Like a painter, each of us chooses, more or less consciously, the colours that psychologically correspond to where we live, to our surroundings, to what we want to say about ourselves, to what we feel, to what we express or rediscover as emotions.
Colours are inseparable from the wavelengths they emit, just as musical notes are.
The energy of colours is felt by the body mainly through the vibrations they create, not just by seeing or feeling.
It was during a visit to the Sagrada Familia church in Barcelona that this mechanism and the new direction of my career began to take shape.
The natural scenery created by the sun’s path through the stained glass windows by Joan Vila-Grau and J.M. Bonet gave me an immeasurable range of emotions.
I knew then that I wanted to work with the play of light through coloured flat glass and offer my customers these ever-changing decorative elements that convey emotion, beauty and harmony.
Admittedly, this vow is somewhat presumptuous, but if in my own small way I can, through my work as a craftsman and this age-old art of stained glass with imperfect glass, made by the hand and breath of man, bring lasting well-being to my fellow man, it’s a mission to which I commit myself with enthusiasm and joy.
